The unique curvature of the building and the staggered levels allows for the inclusion of planting and green space, in harmony with the greenery of the neighbouring Park. The energy-efficient design targets a NatHERS rating of 7.0 stars by featuring all electric building services, rainwater harvesting system for all landscaping irrigation, 15.8kWp rooftop solar photovoltaic system, electric vehicle charging stations, thermal mass for a comfortable temperature year round and considered design which optimises natural light and cross-flow ventilation.
