A family-owned company established in 2013, Markscon Directors John and Sam Marks are respectively registered as a Commercial Builder (unlimited) and Domestic Builder (unlimited).

John who holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management), a Diploma of Building and a Certificate IV in Building, all from the well-respected Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) is well-positioned at the forefront of Markscon as the Managing Director.

Sam operates as a highly-respected Construction Director, who has earned his reputation as a hard-hitter over his 35,000+ hours of site operations experience. He presides over each site, leading and meticulously-coordinating the Markscon personnel and subcontractors towards a timely completion.

In working with industry heavy-weights to produce over $1billion in completed work, Markscon has developed expertise in providing accurate cost-data analysis, scheduling information and technical input to enable fast and effective decision-making prior to and during construction to keep the project on time, on budget and delivered to the best possible standard; all whilst remaining a financially-secure partner as having completed works under Commonwealth Bank of Australia, NAB, Westpac, Bank of Australia, Bendigo Bank and other Non-bank lenders.

With few exceptions, Markscon carries out all works in-house including Engineering, Architecture, Landscaping, Carpentry, Traffic Management, Tower Crane, Temporary Works & Welding and since 2014, Markscon has successfully delivered all of its own Basements and Concrete structures including Foundations, Formwork, Pumping, Shotcrete, Reinforcement, Post-Tension and Pre-cast Panel supply & installation.
