18 storeys of sustainably-developed, boutique apartments with unobstructed bay views by international developer, Gamuda Land.

Designed by award-winning local architecture and interior-design studio BayleyWard, Fareham is a mixed-use tower comprised of 79 apartments with many featuring sought-after unobstructed views of Port Phillip Bay. In line with the developer’s commitment to sustainable-living, the building is powered by 100 per cent renewable energy from an embedded network and rooftop solar panels, attributing to Fareham’s impressive NatHERS rating of 8.0 stars, which has gained media attention with BuildAustralia stating the development marks a “significant milestone for sustainable apartment living in Melbourne.” The same feature article reads ‘Gamuda Land General Manager Jarrod Tai emphasised Markscon’s appointment due to their stellar track record and capability to self-perform construction of critical elements, stating: “Markscon has helped deliver some of Melbourne’s most boundary-pushing projects, including two Nightingale projects. “Both Markscon and Gamuda share a vision of creating meaningful and sustainable urban environments.” Markscon Managing Director, John Marks reciprocated the sentiment towards Gamuda by stating “Their unwavering commitment to quality and sustainable development resonates deeply with our values at Markscon, making our collaboration on the Fareham project at 95 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, an inspiring partnership.”
