PROJECT PROFILE
The building is wrapped in vertical battens disappearing amongst the tall gum trees, native vegetation of Merri Creek Trail and CERES Environment Park next door. The open flow of the design with its neighbourhood lends a integration of community to and from the street.
The building, its interiors and outdoor spaces prioritise people and the environment. Genuinely sustainable design is so ingrained it becomes less of a feature and more a natural part of your day. Residents are offered better choices everywhere. World-first shared solar technology, electric car-charging stations, energy and water conserving features mean lower bills and a lighter environmental footprint. In total there is 555m2 of communal garden space between the ground floor courtyard and rooftop, which includes productive gardens.
